This beautiful feral tabby cat found his way into the heart and dwelling of his new owners. Rescued from treacherous outdoor living, Captain was pampered and doted upon in his new home. Although very timid and prone to hiding from guests visiting the home, he was very affectionate and comfortable with "his" people. Having been in the home on more than a few occasions, I was fortunate to make his acquaintance. This portrait captures the loving affection between owner and pet.
Please note that in this portrait of pet and owner, a combination of two photos were used. The owner 's image was taken from one photo and the cat's pose from another!
