Flipping through several National Geographic magazines one day I fell upon two separate articles, in two of the magazines, depicting dancing women. They were all older women but their joy of music and movement shone as if they were still young girls. Which, of course, at heart they were. I was inspired to remove them from their surrounding scenes, group them as one and paint them onto an exotic styled background that underscored their beautiful colors and the fun they were sharing!
This painting was done for my own personal pleasure and under the circumstances, I am sorry, I cannot offer prints of this piece.
