What a challenge and a privilege to paint this elegant Rockland Home! It was way past summer when the request to do the job came in, but the clients wanted spring gardens and it delighted me to fill them in! I was asked to remove the tree in front (done!) and add an iron fence and gate (done!)! Please change the roof surrounding the windows from shingles to clapboard, as the shingling was done in error and was soon to be replaced. Please fix the beam on top of the garage roof, making it similar in appearance to the beams on the house. That too, was soon to be corrected in real life. (Done and done!) And, please include the gorgeous Italian Lamppost. I needed to re-position the lamppost on the lawn, in order to show it! (Done!) The painting required a quite a bit of research and communication but I believe they were happy with the result.
